The take home task of drawing the room was one that I thought played to my strengths from technical drawing background. As I thought it played to my strength, I choose a room that would have one of the hardest perspectives as this was my weak point. I chose pencil as a medium to enable my perspective to be more freehand. For perspectives I usually trace, so for this course my one aim was no tracing of perspectives. This perspective I spent a very long time on, as I sat there and drew it live with no ruler. This was extremely challenging but when I look back I’m extremely proud of it, and now know I can do it for other things.
